Building on the successful implementation of the quality of life planning process introduced in the Great Indy Neighborhoods Initiative (GINI), the Mid-North Quality of Life Plan is a blueprint for the future of the neighborhoods of Mid-North, including Crown Hill, Highland Vicinity, Historic Meridian Park, Mapleton-Fall Creek, Meridian Highland, and Watson-McCord. CAP:IC provided research and best practice support to the stakeholder action teams, served on the core process management team guiding the process, consolidated the workplan, and provided the graphic and publishing support for the plan.
