North Cresco Key

Like a keystone completes a bridge, Cresco Key revitalizes an underused area by establishing neighborhood identity, promoting alternative transportation modes, and providing access to healthy foods. Located between Fall Creek Parkway and 52nd Street along Keystone Avenue, The Key offers abundant opportunities, including a diverse community and proximity to trails and regional transit systems. North Cresco Key connects regional destinations such as the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Broad Ripple Village by introducing a series of spaces designed for sharing, exploring, and celebrating agriculture.

The north portion of Cresco Key establishes Indianapolis’ urban agriculture epicenter, integrating with pedestrian, bicycle, and transit systems. The Key houses an IndyConnect transfer station to serve thousands of passengers daily. The Orange and Green lines intersect at North Cresco’s Growth Station, connecting The Key with downtown Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, and Beech Grove.
